Unfortunately, the only "ships store" we have in Datteln would be for the
inland barges. We're not an (ocean) port city.

Too many for my taste. I can still remember the time I began my graduate study
at MIT, and the guy who had done the previous work on my subject "The Chemistry
of 1,8-Diphenylnaphthalene" remarked something when I mentioned a record I'd
recently bought with national anthems of various countries: "A collection of
chauvanistic songs". I was put off  t the time, but meanwhile think I
understand him.
