LOL, My Parrots come from Central, and South America and I doubt they will
ever see it either.
  As to temps though I would "think" that birds raised in the house would
probably not do well if they were suddenly made to face the elements
outside? I know Quakers have established colonies in places like Mich. were
it gets very cold, but I doubt one raised indoors would have much chance if
it was suddenly let go in bellow freezing weather all of a sudden?
