   By what standard is that?

   I've always had the programs I just unpack and then run (as opposed to the
standard Windows install) in a dedicated directory. With all the accompanying
files collected in the same place.

   And that usually goes for my linux boxes too. I just hate being forced to
search for the configs all over the place.
