Yeah - our media this morning has various military vessels off 
assorted devastated coastlines,  full of men and equipment - now 
held up by twits on shore whose politics or religion make the 
offered help unpalatable to bureaucrats...

Pther stories and pictures show that the actual victims simply 
don't care where the help comes from at all...
