Try not moving large amounts of files at the same time... try and limit 
it to maybe 10-20 this helps... Maybe increase the number you move and 
see what happens... if previous moves are working well... Same with 
adding large amounts of file If you need to add large amounts of files 
elefile adopt would be the better option...

Keyword searches has been fixed it wasn't showing filenames with lower 
or mixed casing... the filename search has been increased so 
longfilenames can be searched for...

Sexyz works very well...  A number of us are running it successfully...

Download this package from my website it fixes a lot of file related 
issues and even has fixed the FTP server and also added resume download 
support... FTP server is the BEST method of transfering items...
