No, nothing in the manual which makes me think there may have been a
installation guide. The CD cover is blank inside.

I have tried everything. I have given Sega a ring but have not got an answer
yet. I get sound fine, just no picture on the screen. It's interesting that
you didn't try to install it. Maybe it's a bad CD.
