I think Marathon spent upwards of $50 million dollars (a large part was
hardware, of course, 12,000 PC and somewhere around 200 servers) to
standardize the desktop, rollout AD, Exchange (replacing a mix of Groupwise
and Notes), and SMS 2.0-based software delivery system.  The costs included
data and mail migration.

The project took a bit over a year and consumed about 75 full-time employees.
