From what I understand, the Z2C sanctioned the vote taken
by Zone 2 sysops concerning the Policy-4 proposal.  In which
case, there was no need or want by th Z2C to sanction any
subsequent vote taken by others, such as the little straw poll
that some sysops in Zone 1 have sought to use as a mandate
for all sysops worldwide to follow.

What did he think about Zone 2 sysops having "voted down unanimously"
the Policy-4 proposal?  Did he make any mention that you recall?
