I did -20F one morning in Basic Training in Missouri. They pulled our
sister company in off of bivouac. It only dropped to -5F while we were on
bivouac - they didn't even pull us out of our 2-man pup tents.

I discovered that I pretty much shut down and become useless at those temperatures.
