Duhh!!  I was only turning around another statement where the only
change was the name Dole for Clinton.  Did you respond with this same
comment to the other individual or are you just being one-sided?  :^)
If you feel that the president makes no difference since he cannot
make laws, then why do you care if he gets re-elected or not? 
BTW, do you know what the words "usher in" mean?  Let me give you a
hint.  They mean to serve or to bring something into being;  to bring
in or observe the entry of something with ceremony (gee, like signing
a bill);  to mark the beginning of or occurance of something.  :^)

he/she will make a difference.
