Hi Don,
I have to agree with your first comment re us getting dangerously close
to
a political discussion. It is a bit difficult to avoid unless we stick
to
Diesel v Steam arguements and even then, we can't mention builders ;-)
Railways, light or normal has to be political because they effect all
f
us. Roads are also political because they are built for all of us
xcept
for the bit between your garage and the front gate.
Life without politicians is called anarchy, it's been tried and has
proved
to be most unpopular! The answer is to regularly kick the ones you've
got!
I bet you already have planners who tell you where you can build your
home
and your nuclear power plant?
I do prefer talking about trains!
