Welcome aboard, Melvin.  Congrats on having joined the 
organization.  As you've already discovered, this is the most 
dynamic organization of the blind in the country.  If you want to 
make things better for the blind, this is where it's at.  I think 
you'll find the discussion interesting and stimulating.  It 
definitely gives the lie to the myth that the NFB is a monolith.
All of us are looking for new members.  Keep plugging away.  
They'll come.
