Petition Opposing House Bill 4395
House Bill No. 4395 Is Currently Being Considered
By The Michigan House Of Representatives
**Current Michigan Law** provides for three exemptions/waivers to the
state "mandatory" vaccination law: a. Medical--a doctor signs a form
stating your child has a condition which makes vaccines dangerous for
him or her; b. Religious--you are a member of an organized religion
which forbids vaccinations as part of its written tenets of faith;
c. philosophical/other personal beliefs--this is any parental objection
to vaccinations other than religious or medical.
HB 4395 would strike the philosophical/other personal beliefs exemption
from the law. And not only do public health officials and others want to
do away with the personal beliefs exemption, they also aim to remove the
religious beliefs exemption from Michigan state law at some time in the
future.
If House Bill No. 4395 passes:
(1) The Government will take away your parental right to decide which
vaccines your children should receive.
(2) You will lose your right to prevent your child from having to
take unsafe, experimental, high-risk or ineffective vaccines
including an AIDS vaccine made from the AIDS virus.
(3) Your children will have to take whatever vaccines the
Government wants them to or you will be subject to criminal
prosecution and your children will be barred from school.
(4) Taxes will skyrocket to cover the costs of buying and
administering the vaccines and paying millions of dollars in
damages to the thousands of children killed or seriously
injured by the vaccines.
(5) More Government. We will have to have more vaccine agencies,
thousands of additional public health employees and enforcement
personnel and a higher burden on our court system at taxpayers
expense.
(6) The Government and your doctor will not tell you the risks,
benefits or effectiveness of the vaccine.
