 Yep.  The tank takes you to the area where the end-of-level exit
 is located.   You cannot get there without the tank, unless you
 walk through a wall or something.
 OK.  You get the toolbox, right.  Then hop up on the tank, face
 forward, and hit the space bar.  You should hear the engine start
 and off you'll go.   Be sure to fire the turret a lot. :)
