I have the following in my binkd.cfg:

include binkd.inc
include pass.inc
And then:
#
# Perl DLL file (only matters if compiled with PERLDL=1 for Win32)
#
perl-dll perl510.dll
All three seem to be found without problem. In the current directory.
And having a special version of perl510.dll in the binkd directory makes it
easier to prevent any collisions due to me having another version in Windows'
dll-directory...
