While we're at it...

   This is of course a one time only "problem" and most of you may have
forgotten about it, but when I first started binkd it complained about several
directories that didn't exist.

   I think it would help new users (like myself by that time) to get started if
binkd could create the directories that it needs. After all it can create the
various outbound directories for other zones than the default.
