subject: CD music in SW

PM> OK, I finally got around to hooking up the audio cable on my
PM> CD-Rom drive, and now I want to listen to CD music while
PM> playing Shadow Warrior. (For those who didn't know, this
PM> is a feature of the game.)
PM> But how do I get the MIDI game music to quit so I can hear
PM> the CD? Kind of a pain to have the MIDI fighting with the CD
PM> all time. And if you turn off the music in the game, it kills
PM> the CD audio as well. There's got to be a solution to this.
 PM> Anybody know the answer?
Here's the more technical way of countering the problem:
        1. As soon as the game starts up, before starting the CD audio,
disable Music.
        2. Start playing. Find a safe spot away from enemies. Then, press
"T" (normally the Talk multiplayer function) and type in:
        CD loop

Or, if you only want to play the track once:
        CD play

        3. If step two doesn't work, you'll probably need to press "T" again
and then type in:
        CD reset

        CD on

        Hope this helps.
