That would make sense why I can use my uplink as my smtp server but not my
irex box.  Sorry Ioram, you may want to contact Charles Cruden (though the
email address in the docs is no longer valid, he does check the irex echo
occasionally).  I can work around it by using my uplink.

If I'm reading this correctly, IREX is responding to EleMail with code
250 (OK) to requests EleMail didn't ask (and AFAIK, doesn't support at all).

If it was compiled with debugging enabled, you should be able to give it
the /XDEBUGLOG command line parameter.
