It's a closed beta but I just received what may be the last beta before
4.30 is released.  Kim has done a fine job with it and I think you'll like
it.  Trust me, it's a great deal better than beta 3. :-)

Far as I know, the answer to your second question is no.  But I don't doubt
that Kim will have the release available on his web page and, of course,
I'll have it here for F'Req.
