Close, but no cigar. The setting that sounds suspect is the "Always Suspend" 
setting, which is turned on on most DOS window settings. Turn that on, and 
Windows will "Multitask" as well as it needs to to run a BBS. I've been doing 
so for some time.

Recommending a change of OS in order to run a BBS seems more than extreme. 
Why go through the hassle of setting up and running OS/2 when all he has to 
do is change the properties in the DOS window his BBS is running in?
