Ask the Echomail Coordinator of every Net by linking and querey the FileMGR
at that Node.

Should give the answer about all the connectable EchoMailAreas as a Point or
Node. Or log in at the BBS that has EchoMail area's for users.
Note: SysOp EchoMailArea's are not open for BBSusers.
