Here, an email I just received not 5 minutes ago:

"I have a questions about my emails...on two separate occasions now I
have received the beep for an incoming message and on the line at the lower
part of the screen it says "1 New Message" but no message has
come through.  This happened tonight (Thurs) at 8:20 p.m. and it happened a
couple of days ago too.  Is there mail not coming through to me or where is
it going?"
