You can easily find them yourself. :) If you know what key or key combo
you're looking for, say, Pgup, use Msged -k (display scan codes) and hit
PgUp. That'll show you "0x4900" and you can use \0x49 in your
macro for the PgUp function. The docs are being improved.

Replace all instances of "^m" with "^M". It's case
sensitive now. ;)
