Yeah, well, that has to do with bad or poor lines, I have a USR Flash too,
and mostly I do get a connect in 33.600 with it but that one I use only
for Internet, here in Sweden we have very good tele - lines. So I don't
have to worry about tie them together to get a 33k6 connect.
The new beta (1.18b) software for Elite is a lot better anyway, it seems
like the speed has increased some.
