OK, I finally got around to hooking up the audio cable on my
 CD-Rom drive, and now I want to listen to CD music while
 playing Shadow Warrior.  (For those who didn't know, this
 is a feature of the game.)
 But how do I get the MIDI game music to quit so I can hear
 the CD?  Kind of a pain to have the MIDI fighting with the CD
 all time.  And if you turn off the music in the game, it kills
 the CD audio as well.  There's got to be a solution to this. 
 Anybody know the answer?
