-> BF> What I don't like is, when I have edited the film in Studio 7 and it -> BF> is, say 1 hour, MyDVD is not capable to make chapter-points in the -> BF> movie. I'm thinking of making short cuts in Studio and then add all -> BF> this cuts in MyDVD in order to get chapter-points. Hi I don't normally use MyDVD but did a couple projects with it last night just to gain a little more experience. First off I was wrong about the menu thing. What I had to do to add chapter points was to print my video back to tape in the camcorder after editing it with Premier. Then recapture the video using MyDVD and setting chapter points in each video as it was captured, not after. Sorry for any misinformation. Normally I capture DV from the camera using a program called SCLive, then edit the video using Adobe Premier and the Pinnacle DV500 software. After it's edited I use the same setup to create the mpegII files and send them to Impression where the menus and chapter points are added for burning to DVD. I prefer this method as I can use Adobe Photoshop to create some snazzy looking menus, and the chapter points are created with their own pictures on the Photoshop layers.. It makes a snazzy nice looking menu, but, MyDVD is much easier to use for a quickie, and I haven't really stressed it to see just how far you can take it. Good Luck and I hope all works out for you.
