The mothering board is a great one.. there are many different types of
groups there and they are for the most part very very helpful
(http://mothering.com/discussions/ is where you can find a board that's
specific to your situation and ask questions).

Yes, I agree with you totally here..  I've known some horrible parents and
some great ones, and the horrible ones' problems had nothing to do with
disabilies
