Prices keep falling. I use a service that lets me call anywhere in 
North America for 5 cents/minute, and to Britain for 6 c/m. And those 
are Canadian cents, worth about 2/3 as much as U.S. ones. These rates 
apply at all times. I don't have to call in the middle of the night.
