I was talking to some experts about this tonight. They are bound *only* 
by party rules. Aside from voter fraud and the like, the state isn't 
involved in the nominating process. Still, it's going to take some real 
guts to do it.

That's something else they agreed on. Dole doesn't care as long as he 
gets his moment under the spotlights.
