e.g. when you hit reply you get these crappy indented blue lines where I'd
want >. I tried setting that in the options but it defaults to using
either rich text or MS_HTML.
What makes it worse is that it appears that if someone mails you in rich
text then the reply has to be in rich text & it's foul

I can see now why all MS users just put their reply at the top rather than
interspersed & answering the queries made one by one.
