There ARE still torture chambers, but now they're being operated by American
military leaders! (the POW jails) and there are rape rooms -- these same prison
cells where American military leaders are commanding that the Iraqi's rape each
other and the privates are to snap pictures!

Friend of terror?  Seems that Saddam's best friend through his rise to terror
was the White House!
