How fascinating! All I can say is that our municipal ordinances make this
occupation a very difficult one, almost impossible in the City Limits for
many reasons. They block public sidewalks, they interfere with legitimate
business, etc. Their biggest problem is finding a legal place with sufficient
people where they are not breaking the law.
