If you use changi, any nntp newsreader can be used as an offline
reader, even ones that are not explicitly designed for offline
use; eg NR/2, Netscape/2, trn, etc.
Otherwise, the Souper/Yarn combination is powerful and free.
Southside Software will be releasing their shareware PMINEWS
program shortly, which should be quite nice, if PMMAIL is any
indication of what they are capable of doing.
