Hi Shane!
SC> Can anybody tell me how hard it would be to set up W'95 with dual boot
SC> so I can boot to Dos 6.22 (Primary OS) or Win '95.
Add the following to your MSDOS.SYS file under Win95 if not already present.
[Options] VDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD7
BootMulti=1 : *** This should already be in your file if you set :
: up WIN95 in its own directory to allow multi-boot. :
: :
BootMenu=1 : *** Add this if not present. Allows boot menu :
: display. :
: :
BootMenuDelay=20 : ***Add this to control Time in seconds to display :
: menu on screen before executing BootmenuDefault. :
: :
BootmenuDefault=8 : ***Add this to set Default boot choice once delay :
: times out. The number equals the number of the menu :
: you see by pressing F8. :
: "1"= start Win95 :
: "8"= start your previous DOS/WIN :
: :
BootGUI=1 : ***Win95 default - should already be there. :
: :
Logo=0 : *** This will stop the Win95 logo screen from :
: appearing during a boot. :

Note that you may need to execute
ATTRIB C:\MSDOS.SYS -r -s -h
before you can edit it under Win95.
