BOTTOM LINE! Characters of ANY kind with an 'ASCII' value of 128
to 255 (inclusive) are NOT (according to policy) allowed in fidonet
message echos - for whatever reason is NOT important, they ARE pro-
hibited... If one wants to post in Fidonet, then one conforms to P4.
Whadda ya say we let this whole thing come to rest about the "high
ASCII" contained in several messages (the quoting of the HA has been
more irritating and against policy than the original post)!
