Not really any different from carrying it to the airport and to your room. 
We ¨pack light.  Last trip, we had to check one bag but only of my work
uniforms. ¨We wouldnt have had to do that if i didnt have to go to school
for that 2 ¨weeks.

Different driving rules.  This isnt europe where your insurance will cover
from ¨country to country.
