Hey no offence and not trying to bunk your moderating efforts, but you 
might want to add a line about getting the sysop to request it.  Most 
sysops (if not asked) only pull one of them in assumption that C/C++ are 
the same thing.  The user then posts in the only echo allowed to 
them....:)
