No, that is not what I said. What I said is what I said. I really don't need
for you to twist my words or try to place words in my mouth. If you have
tactics to deal with these problems in aiding law enforcement and get on the
subject on law enforcement, some of your messages would be on topic. There
are many rich homes which lack appropriate adult role models, and there are
many rich families which produce gang members. If you wish to suggest law
enforcement procedure in dealing with some of these problems, the messages
would be on topic. If law enforcement can't solve poverty. poverty would be
beyond the scope of law enforcement and off-topic, etc., etc. Law enforcement
certainly isn't going to aid in the formation of communes and the ending of
our form of government, and this is one of your favorite topics. It is
off-topic for this echo. The messages which have been labelled off-topic are
still off-topic and their threads are ended in this echo. Civil Liberties and
some of the other echos I suggested would probably be appropriate and would
welcome your messages. There are several other participants who are
complaining about your off-topic messages and SysOps complaining about paying
for something they are not getting in ASKACOP. We are going to get the
subject matter back on the topic of law enforcement, what ASKACOP was
designed for. As a result of your heated contest and continued waste of
