I don't understand something, with a function like email, where it's such a
critical communication channel, why do people/companies go for such a
complex setup as notes, groupwise, or exchange instead of a good reliable
pop/smtp/imap strategy? Does anyone really use all the extra functionality
enough to make it worth the added costs?
