   In case you've missed it, the name of the publication is actually FidoNEWS.

   Trying to publish a text one week after it's already been posted all over
Fidonet is not the way to go.

   He should first have published it and *then* he'd be free to cross post it
wherever he'd like to. That's how all other contributers are doing it.
