In regards to the issue of when to report soc sec earnings, what
is meant by " work subsidies"? I know that you can deduct for blind
related work expenses and also for impairment work related expenses.
As one thing I strongly urge everyone to do when in this case is to
keep complete written records of your dealings with the Soc Sec
admins. as well as any other legal matters. Keep all letters!! No
matter how trivial they may seem , that simple little piece of paper
could later save you thousands of dollars. As I have heard your
rights may not be the same if you telephone in your information and
there really is no record that way.
P.S. Continue to contact you elected officials to see that once
again the earnings link between what the blind can earn what senior
citizens can earn is once again made the same.
