I've heard this before and it just isn't so. With a reasonable hollow
point, the .44 makes a .44 caliber entry hole and about a 4"-6" exit
hole. There is *nothing* left where the exit hole is, no lungs, no
heart, no brain depending on where the hit is. The shootee does NOT
survive, unless hit in a non-fatal area. I would like to bring in
many deer, rabbits, coyotes, javalina, etc. to bolster my argument,
but they are ALL deceased, sorry.
