Cool.  The DNS fix lets me telnet in from within my network without it
sitting for about 30 seconds trying to do a RDNS lookup.  I'm not sure if
anyone else was having this problem, but it is resolved now.

Use dnsfix, unless something breaks.

dnsfix is cvs plus the older version of tcpcli.pas; it seems to work
fine on Win32, I haven't tested other platforms.
