 AHA!  I figured this one out by accident: shoot the trash can with
 the Uzi and you can move it closer to the door -provided you have
 enough ammo.  It's a easy jump.
 The riotgun doesn't seem to do it, and the bigger weapons seem to be
 able to destroy the can (the can has been gone occasionally after
 firing grenades through the window), so be careful.
