I don't have any figures, but in the episode Q-Who, the Enterprise looks like 
she's very close to the cube, and looks like the cube is about 4 times longer 
on each side. However, this may not be the case as the perspective may be 
off, but then in the battle scenes in "The Best of Both Worlds" the cube 
looks very large.
Until better facts come out I would go with that.
