Thanks, that helps a bunch.  I passed that on to the Admin of the server,
and he's made some changes (moved swap file to a different disk), and has
asked the CO-lo service to take the machine down tonight, and do a hardware
check (cards, cables, ram, all reseating, etc).  Then, they're going to
pull a full backup, and do a chkdsk /f /r on the box, and we'll see what
gives from there.  Rackspace built the box to spec for the NY office, so I
assume that they will stand behind it.
