FWIW: as soon as the upload was completed, the file was available via HTTP,
FTP, TELnet and direct dialup... the only delay was in the update of the
html page for the area that the file resides in and that happened at
midnight...

i don't know if the search engines have picked it up, though... they should
have by now...
