No.  It is junctioned off the CATV (Cable TV) line coming into the dwelling.

Maybe so.  I keep receiving notices and updates from the Telco, but I don't
read them.  They missed their chance to sell me on anything they have to
offer after the ADSL fiasco a couple of years ago.  I think the latest
speed on cable, the last time I was interested enough to look, was 4MBPS.
