As far as I know, Oman is seriously flawed. Stick with Oevent.

Sometimes when you have a big system crash or things just don't work right,
it's time to do housecleaning. Copy down the events you want to have happen
on a piece of paper, throw out your old event schedule, start up Oevent fresh
and enter your events in all over again.

Another thing I've found useful in cases like this is to get out the Opus
archive, unpack a fresh copy of the OPUS.EXE, and replace the one you have
now. You might want to do the same with your Oevent executable.

You may not be doing anything wrong. I don't know why things get stale, but
sometimes just starting over with a fresh copy works. Give it a try and let
us know what happens.
