Mike, a couple of random background questions from an amateur with no Win
server opsyses running, if you happen to know the answers...

Libnet is that old familiar UNIX thing, ported?  Will the latest cygwin
stuff compile it OK for XP 32?  And how much of Cygwin is still broken by
XP SP2 these days?  I'm trying to plan for next month.  I may have to
resurrect another Win2k machine to get some work done, and we know why.
